Monday - Chicken Chop Chai over Rice

Tuesday - Spaghetti with Mixed Vegetables

Wednesday - Pork and Celery Jiaozi (Chinese Dumplings)

Thursday - Hubby gone - leftovers will do

Friday - Split-pea Soup with Baked Parsnips

Saturday - Quinoa and Black Beans over Rice

Sunday - Creamed Eggs on Toast
